We enjoyed our stay the location was beautiful and the Chalet very nice layout, interior etc. However there was no one to greet us when arrving and we were left a bit to our own devices to work out how some of the things worked, fire, BBQ etc. Also it was really cleaned that well as it had a bit of smell to it and the BBQ was left filthy, took us 1 hour to clean it.
But overall we enjoyed our stay they just need to improve on the welcoming and overall cleanliness / presentation of the chalet.
Margaret River, nice town, beautiful countryside many attractions and lots of good wines to drink.
